Welcome to Solaris Tanning and Beauty Studio. By booking an appointment or using our services you agree to the following terms.

Bookings & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure certain appointments, particularly for longer treatments, lash sets and bridal bookings. Deposits are redeemable against the cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.

Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, may result in loss of deposit and a cancellation fee being applied to future bookings.

Patch Tests

Patch tests are required at least 48 hours in advance for tinting and lash extension services. Appointments without a completed patch test will need to be rescheduled.

Sunbed Tanning

All sunbed clients must complete a skin-type consultation before their first session. Solaris reserves the right to refuse sunbed access if it is deemed unsafe. Minimum age for sunbed use is 18.

Pricing

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Prices may be subject to change without notice; the price at the time of booking will be honoured.

Liability

Solaris cannot be held responsible for damage to personal belongings while on the premises. Please inform your therapist of any allergies, medical conditions, or medications prior to treatment.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase and are non-refundable.
